    Lead Salesforce Technical Architect in Birmingham - Hybrid

    Working closely with stakeholders, the successful Lead Salesforce Technical Architect will define project requirements and deliverables, effectively managing expectations. Conducting solution design sessions, you will architect solutions aligned with business goals, bridging gaps between current and desired states. Moreover, you will enforce coding standards, ensure best practices compliance, and supervise the implementation of technical deliverables like custom developments, integrations, and data migrations within Salesforce projects.

    Guiding diverse cross-functional teams, you will cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, offering extensive expertise across all aspects of Salesforce. Additionally, you will oversee project activities, collaborate with external consultants, and establish governance frameworks for an efficient Salesforce environment. As the Lead Salesforce Technical Architect, you will enforce best practices, lead new Salesforce org implementations, and assess and propose SaaS solutions to optimize the Salesforce ecosystem.

    • Requirements of the Lead Salesforce Technical Architect:
    • Extensive Salesforce Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years as a Salesforce Architect delivering enterprise-level results.
    • Salesforce Implementation Expertise: Proven capability in setting up new Salesforce orgs, optimizing data structures, and leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and AppExchange.
    • Data Integration Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Boomi for data integration and connecting Salesforce with various business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation).
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SOQL for data manipulation, expertise in environment and release management, with a preference for Gearset.
    • Apex Development: Extensive development expertise in Apex VF Controllers and Triggers.
    • Frontend Development: Familiarity with VisualForce, XML, JavaScript, Aura Components, Salesforce CLI, and HTML.
    • Additional Tools: Understanding of Service Contracts, Docusign, CPQ, and Conga.
    • Flow Creation: Proficient in creating and implementing complex Flows within Salesforce.
    • Process Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Lead to Billing processes.
    • Project Management Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile and Kanban methodologies.
