    Job Title: Lead Salesforce Technical Architect

    Company: VIQU

    Location: Birmingham - Hybrid

    As the Lead Salesforce Technical Architect, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives while effectively managing expectations.

    Your role will involve enforcing coding standards, ensuring compliance with best practices, and supervising the implementation of technical deliverables like custom developments, integrations, and data migrations in Salesforce projects.

    Leading diverse cross-functional teams, you will cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, offering extensive expertise across all Salesforce areas. Moreover, you will oversee project activities, collaborate with external consultants, and establish governance frameworks for a cohesive Salesforce environment.

    You will be tasked with promoting best practices, leading new Salesforce org implementations, as well as evaluating and suggesting SaaS solutions to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem.

    Requirements of the Lead Salesforce Technical Architect:

    • Extensive Salesforce Experience: A minimum of 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including 3 years as a Salesforce Architect delivering enterprise-level results.

    Salesforce Implementation Expertise:

    • Proven proficiency in setting up new Salesforce orgs, optimizing data structures, and utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and AppExchange.

    Data Integration Knowledge:

    • Experience with Boomi for data integration and linking Salesforce with various business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation).

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in SOQL for data manipulation, expertise in environment and release management, with a preference for Gearset.

    Frontend Development:

    • Experience with VisualForce, XML, Javascript, Aura Components, Salesforce CLI, and HTML.

    Flow Creation:

    • Skilled in creating and implementing complex Flows within Salesforce.

    Process Knowledge:

    • Comprehensive understanding of Lead to Billing processes.

    Project Management Methodologies:

    • Familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies.
