The Firm:
Established in 2020 by a highly regarded Family Law expert, this practice consisting of a close-knit team of personable lawyers and professional support has a modern approach to work, promoting freedom, autonomy and flexibility. Their impressive IT infrastructure and support systems allow everybody to work from home up to 5 days per week. Although this position would suit someone within a commutable distance as they hold regular team building and social events in Suffolk and Essex.
Their ethos is to deliver the best possible service to all of their clients; recruiting the right people and providing each fee-earner with paralegal and secretarial support to ensure this. The founding Partner is also on hand to assist and available to cover fee-earning work during periods of leave, ensuring an excellent work-life balance in every sense of the word.
They have grown organically since their inception due to this exceptional service, and they have a 100% employee retention rate.
The Role:
The role will see you taking on a caseload that will include but not be limited to divorce, separation, adoption, child custody, financial settlements, distribution of assets and assisting the Partners with handling larger more complex matters.
Most of the work comes from returning customers and referrals, however, over recent months, they have received more new enquiries than they can handle, hence this new opening.
Fee-earners work remotely 95% of the time, however, the Managing Partner, support staff and trainees are based in the office, with hot desks available for as and when you'd like to come in. You will also receive invites to regular team social events such as well-being retreats, wine-tasting and seasonal parties.
