About the role
Working as part of Student and Registry Services, you will be based in the newly formed Enrolment, Registration and Partnerships team.
The main focus of this role will be to provide administrative support across Student and Registry Services to support all areas of partnership work including assessments, progression, and registration.
The role offers the opportunity to work directly to support our franchised and validated partner students across their student journey.
This would be an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Higher Education, working across our Student and Registry Services teams you will gain experience and insight into key registry activities.
A training and staff development programme will also be provided to enable role-holders to make the most of this career opportunity.
About you (requirements)
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a positive and proactive approach to an ever-changing environment. You will possess strong administrative and organisational skills and a flexible can-do attitude.
Ideally you will have some previous administrative, student support or customer service experience, with an ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet tight deadlines.
Experience of taking the lead in resolving difficult and complex scenarios, you will show your ability to use your own initiative and respond appropriately to situations as they arise.
As a Student and Registry Services Advisor you will need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively as you will deal with a wide variety of people.
You will have an eye for detail, as accurate working is essential for written communications and for maintaining student records.
