    Role OverviewAs an experienced recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting top candidates to our clients. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates.

    Key ResponsibilitiesConduct business development activities to generate new clients and expand existing client relationshipsDevelop a deep understanding of each client's hiring needs and culture to provide tailored recruitment solutionsUtilise various sourcing methods, including networking, job boards, social media, and referrals, to attract top talentScreen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and culture fit for specific rolesAct as a liaison between clients and candidates, coordinating interviews and providing feedback throughout the processNegotiate job offers and ensure smooth onboarding for successful placementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
    Extensive Experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environmentProven track record of business development and building strong client relationshipsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and manage completing priorities effectivelyStrong attention to detail and organisational skills
