- Als Bindeglied zwischen globalem und lokalem Marketing konzipierst und organisierst du unterschiedliche Branding und Performance Kampagnen für den lokalen Markt
- Dabei nutzt du verschiedene Maßnahmen, Channels und Medien online wie offline, die du zusammen im Marketing-Team entwickelst und realisierst und hast dabei den Finger am Puls der Zeit
- Der Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit mit den Branchen- und Produktexperten fundieren deine inhaltliche Ausrichtung
- Um stets auf Kurs zu bleiben und neue Erkenntnisse zu gelangen, überprüfst du deine Marketingaktivitäten anhand definierter KPIs
- Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem internationalen Team zusammen und scheust nicht, dein Feedback und deine Ideen auf Englisch zu teilen
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder E-Commerce oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesen Bereichen ist Voraussetzung
- Erfahrungen im Zusammenspiel unterschiedlicher Tools und Projektmanagement
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in gängigen Marketing-Tools, beispielsweise zur Landingpage-Erstellung, E-Mail Marketing, Dashboards
- Du bist offen und kommunikativ sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Du kannst zugleich auch aktiv zuhören und komplexe Themen zielgruppengerecht aufbereiten
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, hast das Macher-Gen in dir und in puncto Organisationstalent macht Dir niemand so schnell etwas vor
- Du legst Wert auf Zuverlässigkeit, Pflichtbewusstsein und darauf Deine Termine einzuhalten

Als Marketing Spezialist bist du bei uns ein absoluter Allrounder in Sachen Kreativität über Konzeption bis hin zur praktischen Umsetzung. Dabei unterstützt du mit Hilfe von globalen und lokalen Kampagnen und Experimenten das Ziel, die Bekanntheit und den Umsatz unserer Marke, Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu steigern und die Kundenbindung kontinuierlich zu stärken. Durch die Vielfältigkeit der Branchen und Aufgaben, wird dir nie langweilig. Bei Kramp findest du kurze Wege, offene Türen, flache Hierarchien und eine sympathisch lockere Atmosphäre, die dir zudem die Möglichkeit gibt, dich stetig weiterzubilden und zu wachsen.
