    Are you a graduate keen on data and looking for a chance to kickstart your career? Rockborne could be the place for you with our Data Programme

    Rockborne was founded by a team of passionate industry experts with decades of international Data & Analytics experience, with the aim to turn our graduates into talented, world-class consultants.

    We employ diverse, talented, and ambitious graduates and immerse you in a powerful combination of bespoke technical, business, and interpersonal training to meet the needs of leading UK companies.

    Online Bootcamp

    Our 4 week, free training bootcamp is open for applications - this is a chance for you to gain new data (Excel, SQL & PowerBI) and communication skills through a specially designed programme led by our own dedicated training team.

    The programme is held remotely (except for day 1 and day 20 where you will join us in our London office to say hello) and is open to all graduates - we do not mind what you have studied, where or the grade achieved.

    What we look for is someone keen to learn and interested in a career in data.

    Throughout the four weeks, those who demonstrate strong performance, active engagement,

    and alignment with our expectations may be extended an offer to join the graduate programme (see below) on a full-time basis, which will commence two weeks after the online bootcamp.

    Graduate Programme

    Our graduate programme is two years in length and starts with an additional 8 weeks in-person training at our Wimbledon office, which covers an extensive list of topics across data analytics, data engineering and data science, such as Python, Machine Learning, Tableau, PowerBI, AI, Web scraping as well as extensive soft skills and communication training.

    training we will look to place you with one of our clients from across the data industry for the remainder of the programme.

    We will support you every step of the way and provide you with sound career advice to make sure you emerge from Rockborne fully equipped to make a difference in the world of data.

    Educated to a degree level with a strong interest in data - you don't need set grades or a certain degree to join us

    • A self-starter who is willing to go the extra mile either for your client's benefit, or building your own knowledge agenda
    • Telephone interview - an introduction call to Rockborne, you interview us
    • Online numerical test - coming into data, numbers are important and that's all we are looking at
    • Video call - asking you to undertake some research for us in data, can you showcase what you've learnt
