    Role: Executive Assistant to the Headteacher

    Pay Scale: Grade G, point subject to a job evaluation)

    Actual salary - £32,076 (point 23) - £36,648 (point 28)

    The Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to the Headteacher who will provide a confidential, high quality personal service to the Headteacher and support the work of the Senior Leadership Team. The role will also extend to safeguarding the integrity of the school and sensitive information.

    You will be the driving force behind the operations of the school and your expertise, experience and enthusiasm will drive the seamless operation of administration functions, ensuring all aspects of the school function like clockwork.

    You will be joining a vibrant community, where you will be instrumented in supporting the Headteacher and the Senior

    Leadership Team. This pivotal role in school will be fulfilled by a candidate who is able to demonstrate:


    • Excellent administration skills with a high level of attention to detail.


    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain positive professional relationships with all stakeholders.


    • The ability to prioritise and organise time effectively with the ability to work with minimum supervision.


    • Adaptability and flexibility, with a strong work ethic.


    • A high level of confidentiality, discretion, sensitivity and diplomacy.


    • The ability to remain calm and controlled under the pressures of working in a demanding and changing environment.
