Description
Our UK facility is the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the Group, performing level 1 to level 3 maintenance and repairs on complex helicopter engine components.
Ensuring that products meet the requirements of customers, quality standards and airworthiness authorities. Parts are inspected as per drawings, documentation, routings and required standards as defined using a variety of inspection methods and equipment during the manufacturing life cycleWork in accordance with HSE legislation, the Company Operating Systems, policies and procedures.
Ability to set, run and program CMM inspection software and equipment
Maintains a high standard of housekeeping at all times as set by us
Utilise SAP system by tracking routings, data entry and produce final release documentation ensuring product is conforming to standard.
Input, record and analyse data in varying formats including FAI requirements, self-inspection, databases, SAP, use of Microsoft suite.Adherence to SQCDPI quality requirements and improvements
