    Description

    Are you a Regional Manager with a solid clinical nursing background? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join the team, supporting several Care Homes in Scotland. This is an excellent chance to work for one of the rapidly-growing elderly care operators in the UK.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Leading and motivating the team to maintain and enhance performance standards across the Region.
    • Assisting Registered Managers in implementing initiatives and promoting good practices among staff.
    • Collaborating with home managers to ensure the delivery of top-notch care and clinical services to residents.
    • Ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and best practices in the Region.
    • Concentrating on improving working practices, processes, and enhancing resident experiences.

    Package and Benefits:

    • An annual salary of £75,000.
    • A bonus scheme.
    • A £5,500 car allowance.
    • Promotion opportunities in a growing organization.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Substantial clinical nursing experience with the necessary qualification.
    • Experience at a similar level demonstrating effectiveness and positive outcomes.
    • Outstanding communication, presentation, data management, and team motivation skills.
    • A valid UK driving license.
