- Upgrade equipment from proof-of-concept to execution
- Analyse equipment breakdowns, developing corrective actions
- Develop and upgrade cleanroom environment and facilities
- Develop preventive maintenance procedures to minimise equipment breakdowns
- Continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and scalability
- Develop troubleshooting procedures to reduce machine downtime
- Setup and commission new equipment
- Regular maintenance offering minimal interruption to production
- Experience as an Equipment Engineer in a chemical / semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Degree / HND in a scientific or engineering field or relevant experience
- A good understanding of electronic and mechanical principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiar with maintaining equipment
