- Experience working in an MRO or Airline and at least 10 years' experience within a leasing in a powerplant related role.
- Experience reviewing engine technical data (SBs, ADs, Chater 5, etc.) and technical records.
- Experience managing Engine shop visits, including contract negotiation, work scoping, budget control and invoice control.
- Experience negotiating LOI, Lease and sale agreements.
- Experience in creating budgets, building investment cases, and presenting to senior management.
- Experience managing delivery and redelivery of Engines or Aircraft.
- Experience managing complex projects dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with engine maintenance reserve claim management.
- Experience in procurement and contract management.
- Experience in mentoring and sharing knowledge across an organisation.
- Detailed knowledge on the management of Aircraft Engines on lease, in operation and in storage.
- Degree in Engineering or a Licensed Engineer.
- Detailed knowledge of all technical and commercial aspects of aircraft leasing.
- Detailed understanding of UK CAA, EASA and FAA rules and regulations, and continued airworthiness requirements.
- Detailed knowledge of Aircraft and Engine Technical Records.
- Detailed knowledge of the CF34, PW100, PW150, PW1900G or PW1500G engine types.

VP Powerplant - Aircraft Leasing - Regional Aircraft Engines
The VP Powerplant will join the Powerplant Team within the Technical Services department, responsible for managing the engine asset portfolio. This high-level position reports directly to the Head of Technical Services and entails significant interaction with customers and suppliers.
In addition to collaborating closely with customers and third-party suppliers, the role requires coordination with various teams within the organization, including Technical Operations and other relevant departments.
The incumbent must consistently adhere to company policies and procedures while demonstrating the ability to work autonomously.
