    Requirements

  • Regularly interacts with clients, including clients at senior levels
  • Expresses himself/herself well to clients and answers questions fluidly

  • Delivers high-quality client outputs on time, more or less independently
  • Seeks advice and counsel where needed

  • Plays a key role in practice or firm-building activities
  • Regularly attends Third Friday.

  • Works independently with minimal oversight.
  • Identifies and seizes opportunities by taking decisive action
  • Maintains flexibility on the job; adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary.
  • Demonstrates learnability. Shows willingness to step outside of comfort zone and take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Engages in firm and practice building. Attends Third Friday, supports recruiting, participates in firm or practice level initiatives.

  • Masters written and oral communication skills – Minto/Pyramid principle, storyboarding, professional writing, presentation basics. Under guidance, makes convincing presentations and puts forward own ideas.
  • Masters basic analytical skills – process mapping, pareto analysis, cause and effect analysis (fishbone diagrams), spider diagrams, etc.
  • Masters basic client relationship skills. Uses effective questions and builds rapport. Actively listens to and responds to counterpart's needs.

  • CRM (iSeries and Salesforce - Vlocity) and Matrixx OCS Billing and Mobile Applications
  • IBM i-Series/AS400 and Mainframe
  • BSS/OSS architecture.

  • Transformation of B2B Stack to the Salesforce Cloud.
