Pension Complaints Handler (Financial Services)
Our client, a significant presence in the financial sector, is committed to providing a sense of financial tranquillity.


The Role:


They are seeking a
Resolutions Specialist to meticulously investigate and address complaints in a timely manner, ensuring equitable client resolutions.

They will consider applicants without level 4 qualifications on the condition that they become qualified within 2 years. Expenses covered, but self-study required.


Responsibilities:


  • Investigate and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring fairness for clients.
  • Manage complaint process, adhering to regulatory timeframes.
  • Precise and organised documentation of complaints, ensuring uptodate complaint files
  • Communicate effectively with clients for resolution and updates.
  • Conduct precise redress calculations as per DISP rules.
  • Handle escalated complaints with the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working as a Resolutions Specialist, Complaints Handler in a similar role.
  • Possess 3 years of experience in complaints handling, particularly in pensions or hold a Level 4 qualification.
  • Experience in overseeing advice & administration complaints in financial services.
  • Proficiency in conducting redress calculations aligned with DISP rules
  • Strong understanding of DISP requirements, as regulated by the FCA.
  • Skillful in investigating complaints, composing acknowledgments, & delivering conclusive responses within regulatory timeframes.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
