- The necessity to deliver effective, robust credit control (on a stated portfolio) with consideration of commercial and underwriting relationships
- Demonstrate full ownership and accountability for investigations, progression, and resolution of material cases impacting overdue receivables and unallocated cash
- Provide clear, concise commentary showcasing actions in monthly reporting packs and scheduled debt reviews
- Adhere to TOM/Credit Control service offering, following specified steps, and escalate when necessary
- Assume responsibility for day-to-day operations with designated brokers, including reconciliations and query management
- Contribute significantly to the presentation of underwriting reporting packs and effective liaison with colleagues in India and Poland
- Embrace continuous improvement and technological development, ensuring competence across all accounting platforms used by the team
- Perform periodic reviews and support in the automation of processes
