- Ensuring compliance with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Managing H&S and environmental performance on-site.
- Organizing building shutdowns and basic client project works.
- Overseeing quality procedures.
- Recruiting new staff as needed.
- Developing staff technically and conducting annual appraisals.
- Nurturing client relationships.
- Handling all reports.
- Exploring additional business opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and boost contract sales.
- Managing the permit system.
- Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (C&G, HNC, HND, or higher).
- Thorough understanding of building management systems.
- Strong technical engineering knowledge.
- Previous experience leading large engineering teams.
- Experience in service delivery at financial offices or data centers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
