Job Advert:
You will play a vital role in supporting the growth and transformation of our Sales and Account Management Team by assisting in executive meetings, preparing presentations and reports, as well as coordinating communication between departments in an organised manner.
What you'll do in this role
- Manage complex diaries and arranging both internal and external meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel for the executive in the most effective manner
- Organise top management meetings, including issuing agendas, taking and publishing minutes in a timely manner, and following up on key actions as required
- Manage the Executive Deal Review (EDR) Process, PO submissions, and expenses on behalf of the Executive
- Coordinate and supporting any external events as required, such as annual client/Sales Campus events and other governancerelated events
- Work in collaboration with other Senior Executive Assistants and the Senior Management team
- Support the preparation and set up of meetings, including all catering and technology requirements, virtual or otherwise
Your qualifications and experience
- At least 6 years' experience as an Executive Assistant in a large organisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to deal with senior clients and colleagues across the business in a highly professional manner
- Skills and experience working in a multicultural global business context
- Commercial awareness and good analytical skills
- Ability to multitask in a highly dynamic and fastpaced organisation, ensuring that each of the functions within the Group is managed proactively
- Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and all forms of social media to aid communications
- Ability to set up professional meetings, including agenda formulation in consultation with the meeting leader and location of meeting assembly whether virtual or inperson
- Great attention to detail and strong written and numerical skills
- Ability to work to tight timescales and achieve strong outcomes
- Flexibility to travel and support remotely if required
