  • 14% bonus to boost your competitive salary We are delighted to bring to market this opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 4-7 PQE to join a high-growth, market-leading clinical negligence specialist in Merseyside at a senior level.

    You will join experts on their way to becoming the top team in the country, several of whom hold accreditations such as from APIL, AvMA and the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel.

    The firm offer highly competitive pay and bonuses, with team members achieving an additional bonus of up to 14% based on performance.

    Most impressively though, you'll be able to take advantage of the firm's market-leading hybrid working policy, working up to four days per week from home and with flexitime to boot - plus a generous holiday allowance and the option to buy and sell extra days.

They are big believers in quality over quantity and lawyers therefore have low, manageable caseloads (typically comprising 30-40 files for clinical negligence lawyers).
