Legal PA/Secretary position available for a U.S powerhouse firm in the city. Legal PA/Secretary position sit within Corporate Litigation group and supports several highly respected partners/fee earners.

Legal Secretary - hybrid

Legal Secretary/PA role requires a strong organiser to manage a very busy inbox, PA needs to be one step ahead of the partners, at all times.

Legal Secretary - hybrid

Duties include:

Proactively managing and coordinating all aspects of tasks assigned (e.g. meetings, events, travel, etc.)
Client intake administration
Billing support
Gatekeeping
Proactive diary management, call handling, and meeting organization for external meetings
Supports client activities
Proactively builds and coordinates relationships
Proactively manages competing deadlines

For this Legal Secretary/PA role we are searching for strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to be a team player, strong MS Office Suite skills and ideally, 4/5 years existing experience of being a Legal Secretary/PA.

Ideally you will have corporate and litigation experience.
