    Senior Estimator


    Package:
    £85,000 - £95,000 plus car allowance and bonus

    Skilled Careers are working with a High-End Residential Main Contractor whodue to an incredible amount of work winning they are looking for a Senior Estimator to join the team.

    The Senior Estimator would be working on either a High-End Residential New Build, Refurbishment or Fit-Out Project valued from £5m up to £50m+inCentral London.

    Work on High-End Residential New Build, Refurbishments & Fit-Out Projects in the heart of London.

    Leading on relevant tenders, process and resources with a high degree of commercial acumen and skill

    Identify opportunities to add value and to mitigate against risks / consider solutions throughout the project process

    Ensure monitoring of the tender process is in place for all tenders and report on progress via estimating plan

    Proactively maintain the cost base by assisting with latest quotations, framework rates - controlling costs, timing and quality in line with specified targets

    To work to the Company's Quality, Environmental and Safety Management System standards and performance criteria including delivering the objectives set

    To co-operate on matters of health and safety and follow the training provided.
    An Estimator/ Senior Estimator who has experience working for a UK High-End Residential Main Contractor.

    High-End Residential New Build experience.
