Telecommunications Support

Main responsibilities for the Telecoms Support:
As a member of our Unified Communications Provisioning & Support Team, you will be responsible for dealing with fault diagnosis and support for our wide range of products and services including:

Hosted Telephony (VoIP) Connectivity
UC

* WLR

Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities:

Fault diagnosis and efficient management to resolution
Establish customer requirements and assess their needs through to implementation
Escalating queries and concerns where necessary
Liaising with suppliers
Provisioning products and services

Main Requirements for the Telecoms Support:

Experience within the telecommunications industry in a support role
Technical knowledge and understanding
Understanding of Asterisk based phone system will be advantageous
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas
High attention to detail
Effective organisational and communication skills
Strong telephone manner
Hold all work-related information and materials confidential
