- Act as a Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer, proficient in deploying, managing, and supporting Microsoft 365 Platform solutions.
- Conduct daily administration of the Microsoft 365 tenant, including licensing, compliance, and connectivity, ensuring optimal performance of Office 365 services.
- Manage Firewall administration, LAN and WAN, and oversee the company's backup and Disaster Recovery systems.
- Conduct regular security monitoring to identify and address potential intrusions, threats, or virus outbreaks.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with IT vendors/providers and hosted software vendors.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Technical Engineering or related roles, with a solid understanding of IT tools and concepts.
- Demonstrated expertise in Azure AD, EndPoint Manager, Teams, SharePoint, VoIP, Firewall, Antivirus, Backup and DR Provision, LAN/WAN Management, and iOS.
- Relevant Further or Higher Education qualification in IT.
- Ability to work full-time at our Manchester Head Office.
