    Our Global Learning Services Technology Specialist is critical to the ongoing maintenance and support of Sage University, the global platform supporting all product training for our customers, partners, and colleagues.

    As our Global Learning Services Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting learning technology platforms and tools associated with Sage University, Sage's global platform supporting all product training for customers, partners, and colleagues.

    The technology specialist will lead projects that identify, research, and implement new learning technologies supporting revenue goals, improvements to productivity, and efficiency.

    #LI-SW1 Key Responsibilities Summary of your day-to-day?

    You will support regional teams with expertise and research of solutions for new initiatives and troubleshoots pain points in their processes.

    You will also manage and collaborate on various technical projects related to selling and consumption of learning services products and services whilst providing Tier 2 support for learning systems.

    You will also support the operations team in creating and automating complex reports and dashboards, Sets up and maintains data import and exports and/or web service functions to support the needs of global and regional learning services teams and mentor Associate and Learning Technology Specialists as well as Operations Specialists by providing training and oversight for their projects.

    Minimum qualifications


    • Experience supporting a learning management system or similar transaction and user tracking system
    • Experience applying creative methods to solving complex business technology challenges
    • Experience supporting the administration and technical needs of a learning technologies including Learning Management Systems, SCORM and AICC standards, video, audio, virtual training solutions, and data import/export functions of these solutions.
    • Knowledge of database concepts
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI or similar data analytic tools
