- Du bearbeitest Reklamationen und Rücklastschriften und bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen Mandant und Inkasso-Unternehmen
- Du bist Zahlen-affin und kommst stets auf das richtige Ergebnis, um unsere Kunden bestmöglich zu beraten
- Übernimm zusätzliche Projekte, optimiere Prozesse und kümmere dich um sämtliche kaufmännische Tätigkeiten
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Bankkaufmann/-frau, Bürokaufmann/-frau, Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r oder Vergleichbares
- Zahlenaffinität und Erfahrung in der Kundenkommunikation via Telefon oder E-Mail auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Ticketsystemen und Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
- Handson-Mentalität: Behalte auch in Situationen mit hohem Arbeitsaufkommen stets den Überblick und einen kühlen Kopf
