    Description

    Family Household PA - Highgate, London/hybrid

    London based Private PA required to support friendly, informal UHNW couple based in Highgate, with interests in Devon and USA.

    Monday to Friday, 9.00am until 5.30pm

    Salary: £70K to £80k per annum depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus

    Duties will include but not limited to:

    • Supporting couple based in Highgate with their lifestyle, properties and businesses.
    • Manage and co-ordinate upcoming largescale move (end July) into newly refurbished property in Highgate.
    • Staff management including housekeeper, gardener, household maintenance staff.
    • Supporting the wider family (including 4 adult children, one based in LA).
    • Travel and social arrangements.
    • Property admin (residential (UK/LA) and commercial properties (UK).
    • Insurances for the properties, houses, cars, medical, pets.
    • Finances - recording accounts, paying bills, cross-charging invoices, tracking payments.
    • Trust management and admin.
    • Working with accountants providing information for tax and VAT returns, IHT forms etc.
    • Payment of salaries.
    • Filing and organisation of documents.
    • Anticipating and understanding the needs and requirements of the family.
    • Ad hoc project management.

    Candidates must have/be:

    • At least 5 years' experience working with a private family household.
    • Effective analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent organisation skills.
    • Excellent understanding of finances/accounting (legal/accounting experience ideal).
    • Tech savvy (Mac, Windows, MS Office, Gmail).
    • Professional, responsible, trustworthy, discreet.
    • London based.
    • Excellent references.
    • Driver preferred.
    • DBS checked.

    The family is looking for a long-term commitment with someone who goes with the ebb and flow of their lives and you will become the lynchpin who can gear up and down as required.
