    LCP Delta was formed through the merger of Delta-EE and LCP Energy to bring together deep generation and consumer-side expertise, to provide our clients with a single partner to help them on their journey and provide them with a 360° view across the energy spectrum.

    This is a hands-on role with a balance of delivery and strategic development, where you will own the marketing programme for LCP Delta, with responsibility for developing both an annual plan of activity and an approach to tactical/responsive marketing activities in a fast paced and growing business.

    You'll be supported by two marketing executives, with the responsibility of ensuring that our marketing activity supports LCP Delta's growth and mission, and have a lot of fun doing it
    Developing and owning the overall annual LCP Delta marketing plan including segmentation, targeting, tactical planning and channel strategies
    Aligning with the LCP Delta leadership team to ensure our plans are serving the LCP Delta growth strategy and are fit for purpose for overall brand awareness, product and service awareness, lead generation and relationship development
    Working closely with the wider LCP marketing team to maximise the specialist functions and technologies available, and ensure they are used appropriately for LCP Delta's goals
    Owning and executing the delivery of our overall brand marketing programme (including the Annual LCP Delta summit), and work with the wider BD team to both leverage and feed into the overall brand marketing of LCP
    Managing the delivery of projects and tasks including taking briefs, follow up, measuring return on investment, and ensuring internal stakeholder buy in at all stages
    Management of two senior marketing executives, supporting their growth and development, and working closely with them to plan and deliver marketing programmes for our segments and key audiences
    What skills, qualities and experience are we looking for?
    Prior experience in a marketing role preferably within B2B marketing
    Someone with a track record of developing and implementing appropriate strategic marketing and business development plans resulting in measurable commercial success
    An understanding of all areas of the marketing mix to increase the external profile of the business which may include events, digital, thought leadership, content, market research, communications, product and message development, client targeting, acquisition and development from planning through to execution
    People management experience with a focus on helping others develop and succeed
    An understanding of the energy sector, B2B marketing, subscription marketing, technology product marketing or a partnership environment may be helpful
