Description
We are currently representing a well known placement agent who due to a large number of deals, is looking to expand its team by adding a Senior Associate in London.
Since its inception, the firm has seen tremendous growth and partner with a number of top Private Equity & Private Debt funds globally.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Due Diligence of the funds, fund portfolio etc
Advise the client on market proposition and strategy
Produce relevant marketing materials (Pitch books, teasers, IM etc
Help the sales team in coordinating roadshows
Managing client relationships on a daily basis
Overseeing analysts & associates on live deals
Requirements:
6-8 years experience in M&A, ECM, Transaction Services, Corporate Broking or other placement business
Degree Educated
Excellent written English
Keen interest in PE
