    **As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top IT professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients. Conducting thorough candidate searches using various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

    • Building and maintaining relationships with IT professionals to establish a talent pool for current and future recruitment needs.
    • Collaborating closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Managing the endtoend recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
    • Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience.
    • Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the IT recruitment landscape.
    **Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably in IT recruitment.

    • Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
    • Certification in recruitment (e.g., The salary range for this position is £30,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance. In addition to the base salary, the role may offer performancebased incentives and benefits such as bonuses, healthcare, and professional development opportunities.
