    Description
    Recruitment Specialist (Care Industry) – 12 Month FTC - £40,000 to £45,000 + Car Allowance – Slough – 3 Days Office & 2 Day Home *
    As the Recruitment Specialist, you will be supporting the Head of HR, the wider team of 5.

    This role will require a small amount of regional travel, mainly in the South, 2 to 3 days a month.

    This is a super role that will require someone who enjoys an element of creative thinking and strategic work. Recruitment for Head Office and some of the care homes
    Managing recruitment days
    Training on 'best practice'
    Reviewing and developing the recruitment strategy
    Supporting and developing initiatives e.g. look at local colleges to contact, increase local marketing etc.
    Be an advocate for inclusion and champion behaviours which always support the Group's values.

    As well as solid recruitment experience, the ideal candidate will have a health/care, social care or medical background, be creative, analytical, be able to look at processes/data and have some strategic experience.

    Envision becoming a pivotal team member of a well thought of caring organisation, working alongside a driven HR team.
