    Role Description:


    This position is within the Global Market Loans Operations team at our London office. The team supports various business lines within Global Markets, with a primary focus on the Global Credit Loan Trading Desk. Additionally, the team aids other areas such as Mortgages, Equity Structured Finance, and Commodities.


    Responsibilities:

    • Self-manage a portfolio of cross desk trades across different product lines.
    • Prepare, negotiate, and agree on loan trade documentation with the trading desk, Legal, and clients.
    • Review documentation extensively to ensure compliance with transfer, tax, and legal criteria.
    • Manage asset inventory and coordinate trade settlement with external parties.
    • Interact with clients to manage trade expectations and ensure timely transactions.
    • Participate in project work, system enhancements, and process reviews.
    • Report exceptions to senior management and escalate issues as needed.
    • Create, negotiate, and agree on confidentiality agreements with sales desks and clients.
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless operations.

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Self-motivated and open to taking on additional responsibilities.

    Skills that will help:


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
    • Experience with ClearPar
    • Legal background or experience with legal documents.
    • Knowledge of additional languages.
