    Description

    We are seeking a skilled Chef de partie to join our team at our Clients Mayfair restaruant . As a Chef de partie, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals to our customers. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

    Assist with food preparation and ensure ingredients are properly measured and prepped

    Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen

    Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient meal production

    Monitor food inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies

    Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to sanitation guidelines

    Skills:

    Proven experience as a Chef de partie in a restaurant or similar setting (Rosette / Michelin Level)

    Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology

    Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

    Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal production

    Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

    Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the culinary team
