    Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Waltrop suchen wir zum nächsmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n:
    Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
    Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen -abläufen
    Prozessdatenerfassung der einzelnen Anlagen mittels Fastec und anschließender Analyse der Ist- Daten vs. Vorgaben
    Aufbereitung der signifikanten Abweichungen und deren systematischer Darstellung mit entsprechender
    Gliederung gemäß der auftretenden Häufigkeit, nach Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten, Präsentationen der Ergebnisse in festgelegten Fachbereichen zur weiteren Bearbeitung
    Nachhaltung der Vereinbarten Maßnahmen mit entsprechender Auswertung der Veränderung
    Erstellung und Review von GMP-Dokumenten z.B. SOPs, CCs, Abweichungen und Reports
    Bearbeitung von herstellungsspezifischen Abweichungen, CAPA Maßnahmen, Change Control Vorgänge,
    Risikoanalysen, sowie der vollumfänglichen Reklamationsbearbeitung (intern- / extern in Englisch)
    Erfassung und Bewertung des Fehlerbildes in Absprache mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen, Festlegung von Maßnahmen zur zukünftigen Fehlervermeidung in Absprache mit dem jeweiligen Fachabteilungen
    Dokumentation einer Ursachenbeschreibung, sowie der festgelegten Maßnahmen in Berichtsform
    Sicherstellung der Anforderungen von Data Integrity gemäß der Beschreibung der aktuell gültigen Version des AMG
    Abgleich der beschriebenen Anforderungen mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen. Aufstellung etwaiger Maßnahmen in Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen
    Erstellung und Prüfung von herstellungsspezifischen Dokumenten z.B. Master– Herstellungs- und Verpackungsanweisungen gemäß Vorgaben
    Prüfung von Validierungs- und Qualifizierungsdokumenten und produktionsspezifischen SOP's, Arbeitsanweisungen, Formblättern und sonstiger GMP-relevanter Dokumentation gemäß Vorgaben
    Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Chemielaborant/in oder vergleichbar
    Erfahrung in der Analytik, in den Bereichen Generika, Pharma oder Vertragsforschung und Auftragsanalytik für die Pharmaindustrie oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem pharmazeutischen Unternehmen
    Technische Kenntnisse zu Laborverfahren und -geräten
    Erste praktische Erfahrung mit GMP
    Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
    Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
