- Development of fabrication, refractory and general arrangement drawings adhering to the BS8888 standard.
- Reviewing and validating colleagues' drawings.
- Undertaking site surveys feasibility assessments.
- Compilation of bill of materials.
- Liaising with suppliers and conducting quality inspections.
- Providing technical support to the sales team.
- Estimating fabrication costs.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in bespoke machinery design.
- A valid UK driving license.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.
- A degree in Engineering or a significant track record in engineering apprenticeships and design roles.
- Shop floor/fabrication/practical experience.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD LT.
- Experience dealing with refractory materials.

Due to an increase in project demand we are seeking 2 seasoned Design Engineer's to contribute to the mechanical design of a range of equipment for bespoke incinerator process plants including filtration systems, waste loading systems and ancillary equipment. This role is ideal for individuals experienced in designing heavy industrial machinery, with a preference for those skilled in incinerators, furnaces or kilns.
