    Description
    The post will be based in the Patrick Clements Clinic in Central Middlesex Hospital.

    This is a great opportunity to develop clinical knowledge and skills in the care of those living with HIV. The post holder will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team which includes Consultants, Health Advisers, Pharmacists, Clinical Nurse Specialist and Dieticians caring for patients with HIV/AIDS

    To offer HIV health promotion and counselling to women and men from adolescence onwards within clinic, hospital and outreach settings.

    The post holder will work in partnership with colleagues both within the acute and community setting to deliver evidence-based HIV and SRH service to the local population of Brent.
