    Job Opportunity: SEO Specialist

    Location : Bath

    Role Overview:

    Focus 5 Recruitment are excited to be working with a Bath based company who are on the look at for a SEO Manager/ Specialist. Are you an experienced SEO Specialist or Executive seeking the next step in your career? Join this team and become an integral part of their dynamic brand. We're looking for a talented individual with a strong background in SEO strategies, execution, and excellent communication skills.

    Role Requirements:

    -Possess 3 years SEO experience in SEO within an agency or inhouse.

    -Must have experience with Organic rankings

    -Proven proficiency across Keyword Research, Technical and On-Page SEO, Competitor Analysis, and Back Link Audits.

    -Experience across Keyword Research, Technical and On-Page SEO, Competitor Analysis, Back Link Audits

    -Understanding of Google Algorithm factors that influence rank / visibility.

    -Supports and contributes towards the creation of SEO strategies for clients.

    -Ability to lead on the delivery of SEO tasks and activities across brands, consistently and proactively undertaking these to a high standard.

    -Measure and report regularly against agreed client KPIs to determine organic success.

    -Work with in-house teams to implement SEO actions to benefit organic performance.

    -Liaise with other channel leads at TiD to coordinate a successful multi-channel approach.

    -Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.

    -Embrace a growth mindset, showing enthusiasm for continuous self-improvement.

    -Excellent organizational skills, time-management, and interpersonal communication.

    -Confidence in utilizing agency tools (training provided).

    -Flexible and supportive work approach, adaptable to various delivery requirements.

    -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to a high standard.
