The Role

As a General Manager, your responsibilities include:

Establishing a culture of outstanding customer service
Driving business growth through local promotions and product offerings
Developing an annual business plan with a focus on growth and financial targets
Creating a professional environment through training, performance appraisals, effective management, and team support

Essential Skills

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a hands-on General Manager, preferably in leisure or hospitality, with proven team leadership skills
Experience in maximizing revenue and overall business performance
Demonstrates determination, enthusiasm, and patience
Highly adaptable and flexible to changes
