    Job Title: In-Room Dining Manager

    Company: Park Hyatt London River Thames

    Coming in 2024, Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 spacious rooms, including luxurious suites, with beautiful city and river views.     Duties and responsibilities as an In-Room Dining Manager:

    • Oversee all aspects of in-room dining operations, including staffing and inventory
    • Create seasonal in-room dining menus in collaboration with the culinary team
    • Ensure high guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback and providing exceptional service
    • Train and mentor colleagues for service excellence
    • Develop strategies to increase revenue through in-room dining promotions

    Requirements:

    Proven management experience in in-room dining operations with strong leadership skills and industry knowledge.
