- Collaborate with key stakeholders to secure new business and uphold existing maintenance contracts through re-tenders and renewals.
- Complete Approved Supplier Questionnaires and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
- Produce high-quality and technically sound written responses that win projects.
- Implement Company Pricing Policies or develop customized pricing matrices for bid submissions.
- Engage with various teams like Estimating, Operations, Sales, and HR to ensure accurate bid completion.
- Take charge of the final bid preparation and submission within strict deadlines via print, email, or online portals.
- Participate in site visits, external interviews, and presentations as necessary.
- Preferably have some Bid Writing experience; however, we offer comprehensive training for motivated individuals keen on acquiring new skills and with a penchant for writing.
- Bring a background in Journalism, blog-writing, content-writing, or English Literature to the table.
- Possess proficient writing and administrative aptitude.
- Demonstrate Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office 365 applications.
