    Acquisitions Manager - London

    Are you an L&D dynamo, ready to establish our first development offering and empower our team to reach our goal of becoming the most beloved QSR brand? We're expanding quickly with exciting plans to bring our Louisiana-style chicken all over the UK, and we're committed to ensuring we have the right individuals to make this happen. With massive ambitions and a significant focus on our people, we are seeking an individual to design learning pathways, shape our leadership development programs, and embed our values and people-first culture in everything we do.

    What You'll Be Responsible for:

    • Creating a robust learning proposition for the team, management, and Chicken HQ
    • Designing and managing our development suite, fostering a culture of continuous self-improvement
    • Developing an L&D strategy aligned with our business and people plan
    • Establishing leadership programs in alignment with our core values
    • Building career paths and learning interventions for a capable succession pipeline
    • Conducting learning needs assessments and designing appropriate interventions
    • Facilitating training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives both in person and virtually
    • Collaborating with the wider team to address performance and skills gaps through tailored learning interventions
    • Designing training pathways for managerial success and operational knowledge

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience in creating learning programs for customer-facing businesses, preferably in QSR or hospitality
    • Proficiency in digital and classroom learning, adapting tools to various learning styles
    • Knowledge of leadership development theory and practice
    • Experience with digital platforms for remote content delivery
    • Established network of external L&D providers
    • Familiarity with the apprenticeship levy and early careers
    • Development and execution of L&D strategy aligned with business priorities
