LHH are currently working with a leading global institution, who are seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their growing team.


Your role as a Corporate Finance Analyst role will be split between M&A project work, including investment analysis and valuation modelling, and long-term strategic financial analysis within business operations.

The role will be to support projects, strategic decision making and commercial issues within the business. This is an extremely varied role with fantastic opportunities to add real value and grow professionally.

Your key skills for this Corporate Finance role will include:

  • Preparation and completion of accurate financial models and sophisticated valuation analyses to support financial sponsors, corporate and other clients
  • Writing valuation reports and presentations
  • Client interaction, preparation of deliverable and engagement on multiple projects across different geographies
  • Preparation of marketing materials for prospective new business
  • Partnering with the wider finance team to prepare financial models and compile highquality presentations,

Your key experience in this role will include:

  • Proficiency at financial modelling with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and
  • With strong verbal and written skills and a clear communicator at all levels
  • A Background within practice or similar banking analytical background would be beneficial
  • Proven Excel modelling skills
