    Senior Recruitment Consultant - Insurance – Permanent

    Basic c. £35-45k

    OTE £75k+

    Benefits include Hybrid 3 days in office / 2 days WFH, commission up to 40% on all billings.

    The Person

    • You must be a 360 recruiter with proven experience of successfully working with both candidates and clients at the mid-to- senior level.
    • Ideally you have experience within any of the disciplines within the Insurance space with and current understanding of London or Regional markets.
    • You really care about your work and about the success of your team, taking ownership for your work and huge pride in what you do.

    The Role:

    • Working in your chosen Insurance niche, become the go to expert in either Broking, Claims, Compliance, Operations, Underwriting and Actuarial recruitment.
    • Join a team who on average in 2023, each billed £29k per month – with the top Perm biller (£600k) and top Contract billers (£750k) of the Group for 2023 sitting in this division.
    • With warm roles from day one, you'll operate in specialisms who they have chosen not to overcrowd – as they much prefer a handful of people do really well as opposed to multiple people performing averagely.
    • This division has a brilliant track record of developing Associate Consultants into Managing Consultants, Consultants into Associate Directors and bringing billing up to £400,000+
    • Surround yourself with a large number of Principle level recruiters to learn from as well as two billing Directors who are widely known in the market.
