- Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance: Champion a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental stewardship on all project sites, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a safe and sustainable working environment.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies, building strong relationships and effectively managing communication to ensure alignment with project objectives, expectations, and deliverables.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment that promotes innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement, and ensures the development and growth of team members.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum of five years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on wastewater infrastructure & drainage projects, within a contracting environment.
- Proven track record of successful project leadership and management, including experience in the design, construction, and commissioning of wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, and related infrastructure.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in wastewater treatment methodologies, with the ability to develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications
