    Turnaround Home Manager | Luxury Nursing Home

    Salary: £80,000 + Bonus



    Are you looking for an exciting opportunity as a Home Manager in a Luxury Elderly Nursing Home? Compass Associates is collaborating with a highly respected private care provider to fill this role in their medium sized care home.


    This position calls for a Turnaround Home Manager with a genuine passion for care and a proven track record in managing a luxury, fully private care service.


    As the appointed candidate, your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch person-centered care in accordance with CQC regulations. You will also be responsible for nurturing and developing the already established team under your guidance and ensuring the financial performance remains stable.


    Desirable candidates should possess experience in the Luxury Nursing home sector and demonstrate a deep understanding of CQC standards. Additionally, a proven history of achieving 'Good' to 'Outstanding' CQC reports is highly advantageous.


    Excellent leadership skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to showcase the aptitude for successfully managing a care service.


    This position demands a confident and positive individual who can inspire their team, uphold a standard of first-class care, and comprehend the demands of a high-end environment.


    Requirements:
    • Experience in Nursing Home Management is essential.
    • Previous experience in luxury, fully private homes is desirable.
    • Familiarity with CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.


    Our client is searching for an accomplished Turnaround Home Manager for a Luxury Elderly Nursing Home, someone with a proven record of successfully managing nursing homes or achieving Good/Outstanding CQC ratings. In return, a generous salary of up to £80,000 plus bonus is on offer.
