- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
- Must have previous experience of working in a luxury hotel environment at Head Waiter or Assistant Outlet Manager Level or above
- Ability to analyse financial information and prepare a budget and outlet goals and to monitor and control payroll and other costs preferred
- Must be able to lead a team by creating the right example, training, motivating and mentoring to achieve desired ends
