Domestic Assistant

The Balfour

Band 2 £24,866 - £26,872 including Distant Islands Allowance pro rata per annum

Part time 20 hours per week

Permanent and Relief Available

An opportunity has arisen to assist in the maintaining of a clean, safe working environment for areas of The Balfour in line with the NHS National Cleaning Specification.

The post holder will be part of an internal team of staff providing cleaning and domestic services to the Balfour Hospital.

Our domestic services team ensure that our facilities are clean and comfortable, while meeting quality and hygiene standards, so that we can provide the highest possible level of care to our patients.

If you are a caring individual who can work as part of a time, while providing excellent customer service then this is the role for you.

Previous experience of cleaning in a healthcare environment and COSHH and Infection Control training would be desired but is not essential as full training will be given.
