Utilities Coordinator 3 x roles. 2 x FTC Mat Cover and 1 Full timeAs a Utilities Coordinator, you will be the key contact before works for the operational team. You will have full accountability for the planning & streetworks aspects of all works before they commence on site.
You will ensure that all operational teams are able to undertake their work in line with the received push plans and requested dates as well as compliant with NRSWA and ensure that timescales are adhered to minimising any financial impact to the company.
Schedule work orders in accordance with SLAs, whilst optimising travel routes and increasing productivityIdentify noticing issues and apply early intervention, to ensure that all information derived from inspections and other sources is correctly handled to ensure correct response from utilities and other promoters of Street Works activity and to minimise challenges to Section 74 invoices and FPNs
Ideally you will have experience working in Utilities previously
Experience in a planning / coordinator role
