- The ideal candidate should possess a high level of technical plant awareness.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with safe work systems.
- A 'time-served' apprenticeship, a minimum of 5 years of power generation/utility experience, and an ONC or equivalent qualification are preferred.
- Strong communication and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft products and Maintenance Management System software, are required.
