Lettings Coordinator - Leeds - Up to £22,000

What you'll be doing
- Responsibility for supporting the busy lettings department in Leeds city centre dealing with relets and renewals
- Portfolio of circa 1,250 properties under management with forecasts of exponential growth
- Leasing of existing properties and support for leasing of new build properties and renewals as required by Lettings Manager
- Ensuring all available properties are marketed efficiently and professionally using RightMove, Zoopla and company websites
- Booking in viewings and dealing with offers
- Tenancy progression from referencing to document sending / signing and move in correspondence
- Liaison with Property Management to ensure smooth move in experience
- Reporting to the Lettings Manager and supporting them to hit Client targets and KPIs
What you will have
- Previous experience working as either a Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Coordinator, or Lettings Administrator
- Keen to learn and develop in the property industry
