Lettings Coordinator - Leeds - Up to £22,000


New role to join one of the UK's most successful property consultancies with around 200 dedicated staff members across the commercial and residential teams.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsibility for supporting the busy lettings department in Leeds city centre dealing with relets and renewals
  • Portfolio of circa 1,250 properties under management with forecasts of exponential growth
  • Leasing of existing properties and support for leasing of new build properties and renewals as required by Lettings Manager
  • Ensuring all available properties are marketed efficiently and professionally using RightMove, Zoopla and company websites
  • Booking in viewings and dealing with offers
  • Tenancy progression from referencing to document sending / signing and move in correspondence
  • Liaison with Property Management to ensure smooth move in experience
  • Reporting to the Lettings Manager and supporting them to hit Client targets and KPIs

What you will have

  • Previous experience working as either a Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Coordinator, or Lettings Administrator
  • Keen to learn and develop in the property industry
