- Manage teams and processes to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
- Build excellent client relationships, keeping them updated with all progress throughout.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems.
- Minimise risks through risk analysis and management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties.
- Experience and skills required:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the events or exhibitions sector.
- Excellent relationship building skills and client management.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Wrike or similar project management software.
- PMP / PRINCE 2 certification.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Positive can do attitude with ability to adapt to changing projects.
- Ability to think outside the box and use initiative.

Graphic Mill are an independent exhibition and event company, with a great team of creative designers and makers who create their exceptionally imaginative displays Based on a converted farm site in the Wiltshire countryside, they have the facilities to take each project from concept through to design, printing and installation all on site.
They're now looking to recruit a new Project Manager to join the team and oversee all of these onsite projects from start to finish, being the go-to person throughout. This role is being brought in to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
