    Description
    TPFRecruitment are excited to be partnered with a leading charteredaccountancy firm in canterbury who are looking for a Personal TaxManager to join their team. You will work in a medium sized verysuccessful tax team of around 15 tax staff providing a variedpersonal tax service to a range of individuals directors and highnet worthindividuals.

    Youwill be responsible for your client portfolio ranging from clients and be responsiblefor:
    • Haveoversight of all personal tax clients across your allocatedportfolio.
    • Beresponsible for all day to day tax compliance affairs of theclients in your portfolio ensuring professional standards are met.
    • Identifyand consult with colleagues and the Tax Partner on complextechnical and risk matters whilst exercising judgement withinagreedparameters.
    • Provideadvisory and planning service across CGT IHT andTrusts.
    • Agreefees with clients for compliance and advisory work ensure timelyclient billings and cashcollection.
    • Developprofessional relationships with clients and within thefirm.
    • Supportjunior members of staff and review theirwork.


    Requirements

    • ACCA/ ACA / ATT or CTA qualified.
    • Previousexperience within personal tax compliance and planning experience abonus.
    • Solidexperience of working within an accountancypractice.
    • Ideally5 years experience of working within PersonalTax.
    • Excellentcommunicationskills.

    ACCA / ACA / ATT or CTA qualified. Previous experience withinpersonal tax compliance and planning experience a bonus. Solidexperience of working within an accountancy practice. Ideally 5+years experience of working within Personal Tax. Excellentcommunication skills.
